What kind of items are you planning to sell?

If you're planning on selling food, you MUST have a Food Establishment Permit. If you already have a permit, you will need another one specific to the market. If you need help with the process, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at dfm.membership@gmail.com

I agree to pay the $20 fee to be a vendor at this event.

Important to note:

Before attending the market, you must sign waiver forms. When we email to confirm your space, we will attach any forms that need your signature.

The vendor fee to attend this year’s Spring Market is $20.

If you will be selling food (hot or cold, baking, beverages, jams, jellies, etc.) at the market, you must forward us your approved Temporary Food Establishment Permit before May 7.
- You cannot sell food at the market without this permit, and you must have a copy of this permit at your table during the market.
- Any questions, please let us know. We’re happy to help you fill out the form or provide guidance on any part of the form.
DFM does not provide security during the market operation. DFM is not responsible for damages due to fire, theft, or any damages that occur as a result of the vendor's actions at the market.
